Abstract AR
يهدف البحث الحالي الى قياس الالتزام التنظيمي لدى المرشدين التربويين، والتعرف على دلالة الفرق تبعا الى متغير الجنس (ذكور، أناث)، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث الحالي قامت الباحثتان بأعداد مقياس للالتزام التنظيمي، وتشمل عينة البحث الحالي (٦٦٠) مرشدا و مرشدة، وتم معالجة البيانات باستخدام الحقيبة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss)، اصبح المقياس بصورته النهائي (۳۵) فقرة موزع على أربعة مجالات، ولقد اظهرت نتائج البحث الحالي، أن عينة الدراسة تتمتع بمستوى عال من الالتزام التنظيمي، وعدم وجود فروق بالنسبة لمتغير الجنس.
Abstract EN
The current research aims to measure the organizational commitment of educational counselors, and to identify the significance of the difference according to the gender variable (male, female).
Using the Statistical Bag for Social Sciences (spss), the scale became in its final form (35) items distributed over four domains, and the results of the current research showed that the study sample had a high level of organizational commitment, and the the gender variable.
