Abstract EN

The current research aims to identify : Academic integration of university students .The significance of the differences in the academic integration of university students according to the variables of gender (male, female) and specialization (scientific, human).

To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher adopted the academic integration scale (Afifi, 2016), which measures three dimensions : (behavioral integration, emotional integration, and cognitive integration).

The researcher verified the psychometric properties of the scale.

A final sample of (400) male and female students was targeted, which was chosen by the stratified random method with a proportional method.

The research reached the following results : University students enjoy academic integration in its three dimensions .There are no statistically significant differences in the dimensions of academic integration according to the variables of gender and specialization.

Accordingly, the researcher concluded a set of recommendations and suggestions.
