The current research aims to build a list of metacritical skills in critical curricula, as this was done by providing a questionnaire to specialists and experienced people from Arabic language teachers and methods of teaching it, as well as reviewing some sources in modern literary criticism, and reviewing the literature and previous studies close to the topic, As the researcher prepared a list of six main skills, each skill included five sub-skills.

so that the list consisted of thirty skills.
