The current research aims to identify the impact of Karen's model on the achievement of fourth-grade literary students in geography, and to verify the hypotheses of the research, the research sample was intentionally selected from fourth-grade literary students at Al-Shafi'i Preparatory School for Boys in Mosul for the academic year (2021- 2022).

The total number of its members is (66) students, and in an intentional way, the researcher chose Division A to represent the experimental group that is being taught according to Karen's model.

while Division B became the control group Which is taught according to the usual method, and the research sample was distributed by (34) students for the experimental group and (32) students for the control group.

academic achievement of parents intelligence, prepared an To achieve the research hypotheses, the researcher achievement test in the subject of geography, as the test in its final form consisted of (40) objective test items of the type of multiple choice with four alternatives, and it was characterized by honesty and stability as it reached (0.84) with the Coder Richardson equation 20, and it was also extracted Its psychometric properties of ease coefficient, discriminatory strength, and the effectiveness of alternatives to its paragraphs were all within the acceptable range.

After that, the data was collected from the members of the research sample and analyzed statistically using the t-test for two independent samples.

The researcher used some equations for the statistical package program (SPSS 26) and the results were "there is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the students of the experimental group who studied according to the Karen model and the average achievement scores of the students of the control group who studied in the usual way.

In light of the research results, the researcher made a number of recommendations, including directing the specialized supervisors to urge teachers of geography to use the Karen model in teaching their students, as well as proposing a number of future titles to study the research variables, including : The impact of the Karen model on achievement and the development of serious thinking among fifth grade students.
