The research aims to identify the impact of the educational program in developing some soft skills for middle school students.

To achieve the goal of the research, a set of hypotheses were formulated and the researchers adopted the experimental design with two equal groups, the experimental and the control.

(37) female students in the experimental group, and (32) female students in the control group, after checking the equivalence indicators.

The researchers built a scale for some soft skills, which in its final form consisted of (44) paragraphs with (4) alternatives, after checking the apparent validity and sincerity of The construction, in addition to the stability that was extracted by the re-test method, amounting to (0.82) and the Alpha Cronbach method, amounting to (0.84), the researchers designed an educational program of (12) lessons based on some soft skills according to a number of theories and after verifying its apparent validity.

The data was treated statistically using the spss statistical bag, and the results showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the mean difference in the students' grades on the scale of some soft skills between the two applications, the pre and post applications, and thus the first hypothesis was rejected and rejected.

The second hypothesis was that the arithmetic mean of the scores of some soft skills increased in the experimental group compared to the decrease in the arithmetic mean of the control group.

This result is attributed to the application of the educational program to the experimental group.

In light of the results, the researchers came up with a number of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions.
