The philosophical and non-philosophical letters of the philosopher Jaber bin Hayyan (d.

200 AH) contained pioneering morphological investigations in the linguistic theory of the Arabs-starting with the concept of conjugation, passing through its relationship with other sciences, and not ending with the morphological structures (abstract, zayda) in the tongue.

Ibn Hayyan, while he was about to talk about letters and their positions, relied on representation and as a deductive technique based on it in clarifying the linguistic uses of the letters and their positions in Arabic speech.

Hence, the research that we are dealing with aims to get acquainted closely with the morphological achievement of Jaber bin Hayyan and to examine the codification and methodological mechanisms that he adopted on the issues of morphological structures in the Arabic tongue, especially those related to the structures of morphological increase and their endorsements; His statements in this linguistic field reflect awareness of its importance, and an appreciation for the field of research in it, as follows.
