For most scholars and researchers, at all times and places, the Arabic language has received great attention and great care, as it represents the language of the Noble Qur'an, the original heritage of the Arab nation in particular, and repetition as one of the important phenomena of the language.

It has received great interest from linguists, ancient and modern.

The modernists paid great attention to him, which is evident in their studies and studies.

At the beginning of the research I mentioned some of what was mentioned by the Arabic linguistic dictionaries to determine its linguistic meaning, then I followed it with what the Arabic scholars and modernists of the texts mentioned, of definitions for this term, and I dealt with it some important topics, such as : repetition between the good and the ugly, during which the arguments of those who praise it were explained, and the arguments of the delinquents, then I referred to its divisions that were mentioned by the scholars of the text, they divided it into : total (complete) repetition, and it was subdivided from it : repetition of the noun, repetition of the verb, repetition of the sentence, and semi- sentence, then the second section of its divisions came under the title of partial repetition, then Thirdly came the repetition of comprehensive words, then I explained each of these types by means of the verses of the rulings, and what they do in making the text more coherent and harmonious.
