Achieving spatial development for most regions depends on the presence of (the labor force), which is the main driver of it.

This vision is due to the relationship between development and population, which is based on the fact that the demographic factor is an essential and structural factor for the spatial development process and not just a recipient of its fruits.

The relationship between spatial development and population is mutually influencing.

Therefore, it is necessary to harmonize between spatial development and the population through the development of policies or programs that allow us to integrate these demographic variables into the development process.

With the increase of the (economically active) youth group, the demand for work increases and this leads us to invest the spatial capabilities available by this group that leads to achieving the desired sustainable spatial development And according to what came in the 1994 International Population Conference in Cairo, which identified population issues and variables in order to become part of development, the relationship between population and available spatial resources must be aware of.
