There is no society free from economic banditry, no matter how strong it is, but the reasons differ from one society to another.

In the Kingdom of Granada, in the last era of its era, banditry spread in its various cities, and one of the most important reasons encouraging its emergence was the extravagance and exaggerated waste on the part of the ruling class and the draining of money in the wrong place.

In addition to internal strife and external wars, they exhausted the state budget and contributed to the emergence of acts of looting and cutting, and among the reasons are also the high prices and high cost of living.
