The research presents the need for legislative intervention to confront the risks of the development of artificial intelligence and proposed legal solutions of development to protect human values in Egyptian society.

And introduced the origins and development of artificial intelligence and the areas of use of its many applications in our daily lives.

The legal basis in Egyptian law and modern legislation to confront the risks of artificial intelligence development and the proposed legislative treatment regarding it.

Also, crimes emerge using artificial intelligence systems, which include crimes against national security, crimes against funds, and people.

And the most important contemporary issues and problems facing users of artificial intelligence systems.

The legal situation in Egyptian law and contemporary legislation, in terms of recognizing the legal personality of systems that operate with artificial intelligence, and the extent to which it is possible to determine the rules of civil and criminal liabilities individually in the event of any behavior by artificial intelligence systems that is a crime or the consequences of this behavior.

Causing harm to others, resulting in compensation.

We also envisioned the limits of that shared responsibility for the owner, the programmer, and others as users of the technology and artificial intelligence itself, according to all the behavior undertaken by any of them that led to a crime occurring or causing harm to others.

This entailed a presentation of crimes that occurred and are in themselves considered to be what was approved by Egyptian law and most modern legislation regarding the securing of private life and personal data, and other crimes that were more influential than what was caused by the behavior of artificial intelligence systems and led to the occurrence of murders or destruction of the human soul.
