Our research began by talking about the legal means to redress the liability arising from artificial intelligence technologies in a first chapter.

Then we divided this chapter into two sections, the first of which is about compensation as an original way to obtain compensation for damages resulting from the use of artificial intelligence technologies.

Then in a second section we presented the precautionary means to redress the resulting liability.

About the operation of artificial intelligence techniques.

As for proving civil liability for the damages of artificial intelligence technologies and methods of paying them.

We dealt with proving civil liability for damage to artificial intelligence technologies in the first section, then we presented the topic of paying civil liability for damage to artificial intelligence technologies.

In it, we reviewed the cases for paying civil liability, which is the first case: paying responsibility for artificial intelligence technologies according to the theory of custodialism, and the second case is paying responsibility for artificial intelligence technologies.

According to the theory of defective products, the third case: paying the responsibility of the producer of the component part in the products that make up the smart machine, the fourth case: pleading the impossibility of predicting the risks of technological development, the fifth case: paying responsibility for the damages of artificial intelligence technologies by statute of limitations, and the sixth case: paying responsibility for the damages of artificial intelligence technologies by adhering to legislative rules.

Finally, we discussed special agreements amending civil liability for damages from artificial intelligence technologies.
