At the same time, it is alien to the shares of other partners.

This equation made it difficult for the partners to benefit from the common property.

Therefore, different ways were sought to benefit from the common property and to ensure justice and equality between the partners in the use of the common property, while preserving the common ownership for a certain period commensurate with their shares.

Adapted civil laws were used as a means of benefiting from the common property.

Common money, which was divided into two types of adaptation (spatial and temporal) and was discussed in a special section to clarify its importance in detail, as well as the right of each partner to keep common money and benefit from it.
