Abstract EN

This research dealt with a very significant issue that disturbed politicians, intellectuals, reformers, and jurists in all countries and societies in the world which is the issue of ordinary and judicial children's rights.

this research handled the most important rights from the point of view of the Islamic jurisprudence and the Algerian law.

Islamic countries have adopted it in many international agreements to establish and work on these rights to employ them in reality, and all areas of life that children need to access.

the research showed these rights in detail, starting from before and after childbirth, as the educational right, the right to sponsorship and other rights.

this article is divided into two sections: the first one included ordinary children rights, and the second dealt with judicial children rights, then this research is concluded with an appendix: means of aid for disadvantages children.

finally, it ended up that Islam surrounded childhood in all its cases and circumstances with a fence legislative, organized, and tight to make the child live his life normally so that he is given more than his rights because of his privacy, such as weakness, disability, and others.

so, Islam gave him the decent standing that makes the child a righteous individual in his family, society, and country.
