that is why this study came to search for legal controls for the use of stem cells, especially embryonic stem cells, because they may conflict with the principle of not harming the human body, this is according to the Algerian legislation and modern comparative legislation related to health.

which most of them agreed on its permissibility, but with the necessity of basic controls, which are the consent of the parties and the intention of treatment.
