This research paper aims to highlight the argumentative dimensions of the verbal enhancements within the maqams (the Baghdadi maqams by al-Hamadhani as a model) through applying the deliberative analysis and extracting the argumentative factors from al-Hamadhani's Baghdadi maqams.

the argumentative strategy Soughts to reveal the elements that completes one another; used by the speaker among the communication process in order to produce a rhetoric conversation with the recipient, among with its pragmatic effectiveness in the discourse analysis operation, and what specifies the discourse type from linguistic and non- linguistic context.

we followed the descriptive method together with the analytical method to reach the results clarified at the end of this research.
