Electronic trials, emerged after the tremendous technological development that carried a double-edged sword.

in one hand, the methods of committing crimes have evolved and the laws regulating penalties and procedures for punishing criminals have become insufficient and inappropriate for the nature of electronic crime, in the other hand, justice has become seeking to develop the judicial system by adopting the means and modern mechanisms that coincide with technological development, and thus the court recognized the need to introduce the possibility of applying remote trial by emphasizing the necessity of updating the methods of trials to reach the trial of the accused without the need for an actual presence inside the court, for several reasons and circumstances imposed by reality.

that is why this study came as an attempt to find the new approach to adopting electronic trial methods and their effectiveness.
