the essence of justice is clearly reflected in several aspects of the generous Islamic Sharia, consistently reminding us of the value of the individual within society and the impact they have.

the spirit of community is not achieved without the existence of principles that embody values such as equality, transparency, and the discussion of evidence.

this article sheds light on the key points of similarity and difference between Islamic Sharia and Algerian legislation regarding the issue of a fair trial, with hopes for success granted by god.
