this study came aimed at determining the legal description of the contractual relationship organized in accordance with the law 18 / 05 relating to electronic commerce with a presentation of the existing legal controversy surrounding the issue, where it was concluded that the electronic contract intended by the regulation is the electronic consumption contract.
