The role of modern medical technology in treating many problems, including infertility, which has long plagued families and often disrupted their stability, has grown.

medical and biological sciences have discovered a technology that assists in reproduction outside the natural way, known as artificial insemination.

this technology requires other assistive techniques, including the freezing of human embryos, which is the subject of our research.

this has raised many legal, jurisprudential, and religious issues, which this study attempts to address in order to identify the most important controls and conditions that must be observed when using this technology.
