At the heart of the work of the legislative authority is the protection of basic rights and freedoms.

in addition to legislative work, it possesses oversight mechanisms that enable it to some extent to protect freedoms.

however, the matter depends on the feasibility of these mechanisms in terms of their use by parliamentarians.

if the procedural obstacles resulting from the operation of these oversight tools are not addressed, they cannot be achieved.

to also provide any protection for public freedoms, the legislative authority awaits for this purpose a dual action, between intensive legislative work according to which texts are updated to keep pace with the ongoing requirements of life under the pressure of this terrible technological tide.

and working to facilitate the exploitation of regulatory tools in a flexible manner that achieves the freedoms that were stolen and the rights that were violated are restored.
