Man came to this life and god almighty provided him with everything that would make his life go according to the order that god almighty wanted it to be.

he explained to him the facts of existence, and defined for him the functions that he must perform as an honorable and responsible creature.

since this creature was found on the face of this earth, he has been striving to be a master and keen on his rights.

among other things he is keen on is freedom of belief and opinion, he has done everything he has in order to continue to enjoy them and defend them.

however, there were stages in his life when he was restricted in this regard, in order to abandon what he believed or saw, or to force him to have a belief or opinion that he did not want.

in order for this not to happen, Islamic law was keen to set controls, and man-made laws also set restrictions so that stability remains prevalent in people's lives.

everyone continues to enjoy this freedom, without any of them thinking about abusing it.

modern constitutions have allocated an important space to it in their articles.

these legal controls and legal restrictions represent the fence that protects society from division and conflict, secures it, and maintains its stability and renaissance.
