Abstract EN

This paper attempts to shed light on the phenomenon of queues from a social perspective in particular, and focuses on the social values of queuing, in addition to clarifying the concepts and content that constitute the means and methods responsible for controlling and directing the behavior of individuals and groups.

to achieve the aforementioned goal, the descriptive approach was adopted, where the study finally reached several results, most notably that social values and standards have a fundamental role in promoting social cohesion and controlling individual behavior by monitoring behavior within societal entities and then trying to prevent any socially unacceptable change process.

the study concluded by presenting a set of recommendations in light of these results.
