This research paper discusses the mechanisms of digitization of the real estate sector in Algeria and its impact on achieving the principles of legal security for owners, within the framework of the relentless effort to modernize administrative work in general, and through the shift from manual work and traditional management to the use of advanced technological means that will benefit in terms of stability.

the legal status of owners and ensuring their rights, in addition to saving time, effort and money by accelerating transactions and working with transparency and integrity, thus achieving legal and real estate trust and credit.

however, despite the positive aspects of digitization, this new mechanism faces many obstacles and risks to the legal security of individuals’ property.
