The classification of the artificial intelligence such as a moral person, contradicts with its fact derived from its independent and individual decisions; which prompts necessity to grant it an electronic legal personality to fill the deficit, redress the injured, and compensate him for the damage resulting from the artificial intelligence systems, as well as the disablement of the traditional liability rules to keep up with the rapid development of the artificial intelligence which swept all fields, and led to search for a new style of rules which recognizing the liability of the artificial intelligence devices function.
