Abstract EN

The topic of practical raising of the lawsuit regarding the invalidity of contracts declared in Algerian law is among the most important legal topics worthy of study because it contains two parts, one of which is represented by invalidation, while the second part is loosely linked to the law of civil and administrative procedures, as it takes on a purely procedures nature and must adherence to it while filing a lawsuit before the judicial authorities, in addition to being subject in part to the laws regulating real estate preservation, especially the filling of the real estate lawsuit, which represents the focus of our study, especially with regard to the effectiveness of the marginal notation of the real estate lawsuit for the plaintiff and the defendant.
