Marriage contract is one of the most dangerous contracts because of its specificity of intra-family relationships in addition to important implications related to the existence of children, as the Algerian family law had been introduced a keen interest in the legal provisions of the marriage contract and the preservation of the legal positions of the parties to the relationship, as well as children's first best interest to ensure that they are adequately protected by criminalizing anti-protective behavior, and its report in the form of offences within the penal code.

this is supported by the recent legislative development in the field of wife and children's protection morally before verbal and physical.
