Abstract EN

In view of the great importance of labor relations and the resulting collective disputes resulting from conflicts of interest between workers and employers and in view of their negative and direct impact on the economic, social and professional fields, it was necessary for the Algerian legislator to intervene to embody friendly mechanisms and methods to settle disputes resulting from these relations and settle them by peaceful and civilized legitimate means.

the legislator also did not neglect to organize and frame a constitutional right used by the worker as a means of pressure to respond to his demands, which is the exercise of the right to strike.

this study will address the various mechanisms and means for settling collective labor disputes and the various emerging legal provisions related to them.
