The state of communalism in general, and the state of real estate commune-in particular-is a temporary, critical, and worrying situation, so that continuity has become one of its characteristics, or termination of its continuity, especially in cases where it is difficult to make division due to the nature of the communal property, and the loser here are the partners, and so that they can the utilization or exploitation of this common property intends to perform another type of division, which is the division of adaptation, whether it is temporal or spatial adaptation, and it is a temporary division that does not end the state of commonality, but the spatial adaptation may turn into a final division if it continues for 15 years, while this does not include temporal adaptation.
