The study addresses the independence of the judiciary in Egypt, as it is one of the most important pillars of the civil state responsible for applying the law when settling disputes between individuals and each other or between them and one of the public authorities in the state.

it is the branch of the state responsible for the official interpretation of the laws enacted by parliament and implemented by the government.

it is responsible for the judiciary and courts in the state and for achieving justice and for the course and traditions of the judiciary in the state and the credibility of the laws it applies.

therefore, the study addresses judicial jurisdiction and persons of judicial bodies, regarding the nature of judicial jurisdiction.

persons of judicial bodies, as well as the independence of the judiciary between reality and aspiration in positive law and the relationship of the executive authority with the judiciary, and then the study deals with steps towards the independence of the judiciary from violations of the principle of independence of the judiciary, then the guarantees necessary for the independence of the judiciary and mechanisms for their implementation.
