The concept of intervention was used extensively during the decades following world war II to describe international interactions, but it took great momentum in the era of globalization, which made it one of the issues that is used for certain international policy interests.

the protection of human rights has also become a universal jurisdiction, and therefore there is the possibility of intervention in any country if it persecutes these rights, even by using armed force in order to deter this flagrant violation, and this collides with two important principles: the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of states and the principle of international sovereignty.

especially with what has come to be known as the international war on terrorism, this phenomenon has become a vehicle for some countries to pass from intervention to the right to intervene and even the duty to intervene, with the secrets and ambiguities that the phenomenon entails.

intervention operations with all their contents have resulted in further narrowing of the principle of sovereignty, and many countries have reached the point of collapse and failure because of supporting intervention operations to change regimes, which led to their downfall, and this is what necessitates the concerned parties to enact rational policies based on all kinds of unity and force to prevent without fading it.
