the topic of research deals with nuclear damage in terms of its concept according to international nuclear agreements and Arab national legislation and the conditions for achieving it to be compensable according to the exceptional rules.

the research also aims at the compensation due through a mechanism to compensate those affected as a result of a nuclear accident, the limits of the operator's financial liability, and guarantees for the fulfillment of compensation for the benefit of those affected.

the research also presents the guarantee provided by nuclear insurance.
