Abstract EN

This intervention addresses the problem of the application of international human rights conventions at the domestic level to states in general and Algeria in particular; for often clashing with the religions and customs of societies, while at the same time illuminating and ratifying such conventions is an obligation of the states whose application they have spent; for that reason, we discussed the outcomes of these conventions and the local clash they generated with religion on the one hand and customs and traditions on the other.

however, this clash that we have mentioned is not permanent and eternal, and the reason for this changing entry into societal thinking is to compete with or confront both religious covenants and customs and traditions.

through the field study, we have found that Algerian society remains committed to its religious custom as well as customs and traditions.

for that reason, many of these conventions have been rejected.
