This research paper deals with the modern crime that threatens community security.
through it, we tried to clarify the meanings of the modern or emerging crimes and the meanings of community security and its various dimensions, with the observation of the inter-relationship between these two concepts.
among the most prominent results that were reached, it is that community security is at great risk due to the wide spread of modern crimes of all kinds.
this is due to the difficulty of combating it because of its characteristics.
moreover, each of its types has special effects in certain aspects that consumes the capacity of the individual and society, and hinders its progress and development.
