This study explores the features of Algeria’s approach towards the Libyan crisis, rooted in its foreign policy principles, advocating for a peaceful (internal) political solution through soft national reconciliation and a Libyan-Libyan dialogue led by Libyans themselves.

it focuses on the challenges faced in state-building in Libya and the external factors hindering this process.

Algeria assumes the role of ensuring the stability of the Libyan state while respecting the will and national sovereignty of the Libyan people, without any external interference.
