Proceeding from the control of hydrocarbons in Algeria over revenues and in order to abandon this policy to cover the financial resources of the public budget, and thus improve the standard of living of citizens.

however, most of the adopted policies did not achieve the desired in order to abandon dependence on hydrocarbon revenues and achieve economic diversification, which necessitates the government to reconsider the applied policies by shifting towards achieving economic diversification to improve the recorded statistics and thus building a strong and resilient economy.
