Knowledge has always aimed, despite its differences to achieve a better reality, for this reason cognitive integration was are of its manifestations across the various regions of history, this study is a putting of the cognitive concept for integration identity through Islamic epistemology, especially after the epistemological independence that science has witnessed at a recent stage, both the reality of knowledge and the question of complementarily are of increasing importance, determine by different actions in human beings and the unlimited nature of knowledge, this piece of research aims through means and methods of description, analysis and criticism to revive the perception of integration between knowledge and prudent actions, that founded the goals of contemporary science, by question: how to describe the identity of integration for science, according to Islamic knowledge theory, and principles of anthology humanitarian, which defined by the objectivity of contemporary science and technology?
