This research aims to contribute to enriching the theme of the international forum-organized on the occasion of the world philosophy day-tagged with: questions of modernization of religious thought in the Islamic space" in the fifth axis entitled: "experiences of renewal of religious sciences" by presenting the possibility of modernizing the consideration of women's share of inheritance in Islamic jurisprudence as a after exposure to the tools and mechanisms of thinking and knowledge production, represented in the sources of legislation from which the provisions of inheritance were derived, and scrutinizing the support of these texts, and losing the strength of their significance, and looking at them together, it was found that the female inherits half of the male when inheriting sons with daughters and brothers with sisters only, while the other cases-which are the most-may take the female like the male, or more than him, or withhold it, and that the verses inferred are definitive and significant, and that the problem lies in the lack of distinction between justice and equality.
