الجزائر الآن انتقلت من التسيير القائم على الوسائل إلى التسيير القائم على أساس النتائج، من أجل تطبيق سياساتها العمومية في مهام مرتبطة بأهداف وتحقق الأهداف وتتابع بمؤشرات الأداء، وبصدور القانون العضوي رقم 18-15 المتعلق بقوانيين المالية فقد تبنت الجزائر ميزانياتها على أساس البرامج والأداء، حيث بدأ العمل به مطلع سنة 2023، حيث تناولت مداخلتنا مبررات وأهداف الإصلاح المالي بالجزائر والإطار النظري لميزانية البرامج و الأداء وفي الأخير المحاور الكبرى للإصلاح الميزانياتي والترتيبات التقنية التي تضمنها القانون العضوي الجديد للمالية العمومية.

Algeria has now moved from management based on means to management based on results, in order to implement its public policies in tasks linked to goals, achieve goals, and follow up with performance indicators.
With the issuance of Organic Law No.
18- 15 related to financial laws, Algeria has adopted its budgets based on programs and performance.
It began work at the beginning of 2023, and our intervention addressed the justifications and objectives of financial reform in Algeria, the theoretical framework for program budgeting and performance, and finally the major axes of budgetary reform and the technical arrangements included in the new organic law of public finance
