Abstract EN

This study aims to find out the requirements and obstacles of the application of total quality management in the public media institution in Algeria.

the study relied on the descriptive approach based on collecting information and research in studying the concepts of total quality management and its application to the public media institution.

the study recommended the need to pay attention to total quality management in the media institution because of its great importance in improving and developing performance and achieving the competitiveness of the institution and reaching to satisfy the recipient, satisfy his needs, and even anticipate his desires.
