In sociology, specialists always look beyond the facts and phenomena that determine the drivers and causes of social action usually, and these causes and engines are the philosophy that contains values and ideas about those phenomena, and the illegal migration of children is among the social phenomena that have recently become common in our Algerian society and is not an accidental or spontaneous phenomenon, but the feet of children to illegal immigration is stemming from their own philosophy, which consisted of the sum of ideas they acquired from their interactive surroundings, which consists of a cultural environment encouragement, and this is by direct interaction with members of society or through the acquisition of these ideas through websites and media.
