Abstract EN

This study deals with the opinions that are unique to Hassan Bin Saleh from the rest of the scholars, and it aimed to show the extent of the breadth of Islamic jurisprudence in accepting individual jurisprudence that contradict the views of the majority of scholars, and i divided it into three sections, in the first section in which a brief summary of the life of Hassan Bin Saleh was mentioned, and in the second section dealt with the jurisprudential views that are unique to Hassan Bin Saleh in worship, which are in four issues: (ablution with ways except water) and (who forgot eight prostrations of four Rak'ahs) (and the pilgrimage of a woman from a man) (and the sacrifice of the beast cow for seven and the fawn and the gazelle for one), and in the third section dealt with the jurisprudential opinions that are unique to him in the transactions and are in two issues, the first in (testimony to the marriage agency) and the second in (the expiry of several Judaism and Christianity).

the study was within the framework of the inductive approach through the extrapolation of the views of Hassan Bin Saleh in the sources i quoted, and the comparative approach by mentioning the opinion of Hassan Bin Saleh on each issue and then followed by mentioning the opinions of the rest of the jurists and then listing the evidence of each opinion and discussing it and then mentioning the most likely in the matter, and the study concluded by mentioning some of its findings.
