The science of comparison of religions is one of the sciences that emerged in the Islamic environment motivated by the holy Quran in the beginning, through its many references to religions, canons and scriptures, both in presentation, criticism and comparison, which were the starting point and basis of Muslim scholars in their study of different religions.

this study is a serious attempt to identify the contributions of religious comparative science to the interpretation of the holy Quran and Quranic studies in general.

the problem revolves around the nature of the additions that religious comparative science can make to interpretation and Quranic studies.

among its findings is that the science of comparison of religions has irreplaceable contributions to the explanatory lesson of deepening and broadening the understanding of the text and emphasizing the sincerity and validity of the Quranic references in the interrogation of religions, through the compendium of his research and the findings of his scholars.
