With its issuance and acquisition of the peremptory degree, it acquires authenticity and becomes a title for the truth, and that the judicial ruling plays an important role in spreading and disseminating legal awareness.

Issuing and drafting the judgment is one of the most important works carried out by the judge before the dispute.

Through these judgments, the judge’s skill, jurisprudence, justice and impartiality appears.

Also, the judicial ruling, including the facts and procedures of the case, is subject to the supervision of the highest court, so the judicial ruling is the fruit and purpose of the case, and through it, the purpose of the judiciary is achieved by delivering rights to their owners and ending the dispute between the disputants.
