Abstract EN

Through our study, we aim to identify the extent of the use of information technology in the process of discovering and selecting athletes from the point of view of Algerian football managers, and to reveal statistically significant differences in the level of use of information technology in the process of discovering and selecting athletes.

we used the descriptive approach on a sample consisting of 30 managers.

for 5 clubs in the honorary section of the state of Bordj Bou Arreridj, they were chosen deliberately.

the study tool was the questionnaire, and the most important results reached are: - employing information technology in the process of discovering and selecting athletes from the point of view of Algerian football managers, to a weak degree.
