The financial rights of the police officer after the end of service are represented in the pension rights of a pension salary and the attached pension allocations, or the pension award or the lump sum if the pension is not due, as well as the severance pay.

These rights are regulated by various legal texts, including special laws relating to the service affairs of the police officer, and uniform general laws regulating the affairs of the employee's employment termination.

This study dealt with the financial rights of the policeman after the end of service through the definition of those rights and the statement of the legal provisions governing them, in light of the multiplicity and difference of their provisions, and that this multiplicity and difference have impacted on those rights, in terms of different conditions of entitlement, and in terms of different exchange times for those entitlements, and all of the foregoing led the competent administrative authority that grants those rights to take decisions that violate the provisions of the laws regulating them, which prompted the judicial authorities to which the legislator referred the task of protecting the financial rights of the retired employee by standing against those decisions by enforcing the rule of law on them and repealing them for illegality, And instructing the management authority to properly implement the provisions of the law and to give everyone his right according to the legal texts.
