هذا البحث يتعلق ب (المقاصد التحسينية) من خلال بيان تعريفها لغة واصطلاحا، وبيان الأدلة النقلية من الكتاب، والسنة، والإجماع، والاستقراء، والقياس، والأدلة النقلية للمقاصد التحسينية، وقد اشتمل هذا البحث على مطلبين.
المطلب الأول: تعريف المقاصد التحسينية لغة واصطلاحا.
المطلب الثاني: أدلة المقاصد التحسينية.
Abstract EN
This research is related to (al-maqasid al-tahsini) by clarifying their definition linguistically and idiomatically, and clarifying the transmission evidence from the Quran, the Sunnah, consensus, induction, measurement, this research included two requirements.
The First requirement: definition al-maqasid al-Tahsini linguistically and idiomatically.The second requirement: evidence of ameliorative purposes.
