Moral judgment for university students .The significance of the differences in moral judgment according to the variables of sex (malefemale) and specialization(scientific- huma) In order to achieve the aims of the research scale were designed، a scale of moral judgment the researcher constructed depending on Haidt's theory the moral judgment scale consisted of (19) items divided into three components، and consisted of positive thinking scale of (23) items divided into three and used the method of report statements in the drafting items of the three scales، put in front of each item (5) scalable alternatives to answer is (strongly agree، moderately agree، slightly agree، disagree، strongly disagree) They are given a correction when graded (5، 4، 3، 2، 1)، respectively، formulated with the items of measurement concept، it reflects the correction of items formulated unlike measurement concept.

The scale applied on the sample amounting to (400) students were selected style class random.

verified from the distinction power of the items of the scale using the extremist groups style and correlations of the degree of each item to the total degree of the scale .
