The phenomenon of fraud and deception is one of the most prominent criminal phenomena whose danger has increased in society, as it threatens its security and stability and increases the volume of losses in it.

this increase is due to the interaction of a group of factors, including what is related to the victim and the social milieu in which he is present.

the study aims to introduce the residential neighborhood and the working environment in the individual's victim fraud and deception to address the social center's contribution to sacrifice in this crime, where the descriptive approach was accredited to "study status" nature of the subject and study type.

we have reached the results of them: that the nature of social relations in the work environment may increase the possibility of exposure to the fraud and deception.

he therefore recommends that the current study be careful during the establishment of relations with others, especially outsiders.
