Abstract EN

In most countries that sanctify religion and sects, the religious authority always has a prominent role in the political reality and the rule of the country, and thus the research was divided into an introduction and three sections.

The second topic came to shed light on the activity of the reference to raise an Islamic generation during the knowledgeable rule 1963-1968 CE, while the third topic came to examine the religious reference’s opposition to the provocative policy of the Baath Party 1968-1980 CE.

The research relied on a group of Arabic sources and references, writings and articles prepared by Iraqi researchers, and other university letters and theses, and others written by people who had lived through the events and wrote about them as shown in the research.
