Muslims have a wide database in the legislative field that includes all walks of life (And We have sent down to you the Book (the Qur'an) as an exposition of everything, a guidance, a mercy, and glad tidings for those who have submitted themselves (to Allâh as Muslims))ill-An- Nah189 This legislation achieves dispensing with human laws, but rather assists them in directing the positive legal text based on the results of the changing human experience.

For this reason, no article, no matter how accurate and distinct, can encompass the legislative miraculousness of the Qur'an and Sunnah, this legislative miraculousness that is manifested in the laws of Islam for man in his relations with God, with man and with all components of the environment.

Islam has made its comprehensive legislation-for all components of the environment-worship and practice preserved in the texts of the Qur'an and Sunnah, and not theories that remain in the world of imagination and do not descend into lived reality.

At the outset, it must be mentioned that this comprehensive legislation for all aspects of life is Islamic legislation and not a Western product, and when we mention the results of human experience, we mention them only for comparison.
